Discovery & Analysis

Top-level service means our experts come to you.

As our steel-buying customer, you have in-person access to our metallurgy experts. To ensure you have the right steel for the job, we want to know all we can about what’s happening at your plant. So, our experts come to you. We take samples and talk with you and your crew about any steel-related manufacturing issues you might be having. Then we bring it all back to the lab to research the best solution.

Put our lab to the test.

Our advanced metals evaluation laboratory is available to support your product and process development. Testing helps predict the performance of a material before it runs in your facility, using chemistries, mechanical properties analysis, tensile tests, hardness tests, and imaging. We also help uncover why a material already in production might not be working. Our lab is accredited through ISO and QS certifications.
